Okay, so Sparrow is planning on taking a journey that will last the duration of 3-4 in-game seasons. Why? Because that's just how he is.
His venture was originally going to begin next spring (Y762), and carry through the following autumn, or even winter, but now I'm pushing it to spring (Y763 or Y764, depending on what I have time for). It will begin in Oakfern (after he crosses over the sound at low tide), and then I'd like for him to cut through Blackwood, and then wind up in Glenmore, where he will cross over the second land bridge, back into Windborne.
I want plots! Here are some ideas, but I am not limiting myself to these:
In Oakfern, I want him to harvest a couple of gemstones, and maybe in-so-doing he'll have a run in with a local. This can either be a friendly encounter (maybe just an exchange of stories and such), or - more-likely - a hostile encounter ("like...gtfo of my land, dude. wtf, why are you taking our presh crystals n shet? that's so uncool.")
In Blackwood, plotting ideas are completely open! I would assume it would most-likely be a hostile encounter, seeing as Blackwood are rather rough around the edges when it comes to strangers on their turf, but it would also be a lovely surprise to meet someone friendly in the area. He'll probably wind up lost here, so maybe a Blackwood member could escort/chase him to the Glenmore border? It's also entirely possible he'll run into something that wants to eat him. Maybe someone could come to his rescue, then be all: "wtf dude ur not from here? go home."
By the time he reaches Glenmore, it will be rut season (though he might still be in Blackwood, depending on how lost he gets). He'll be open to creating some halfbreed babies (I know that it's discouraged, but if it's desired for future plotting reasons..could be fun). He'll also be open to whatever other kinds of interactions that might happen. By that time, I'm sure Dru will have broken away from the main herd, and all that shturf would've happened. Perhaps he'll come across their hippie paradise n' stay and hang out for a while?

I have NiKlaus a blackwood stag who is quite a tricky fella. He wouldn't be hostile, however he would be full of himself and quite likely to play tricks on him lol he could also lead Sparrow to glen more as he's been patrolling the blackwood borders.
I also have Ashyr who I'm not certain where he will be but he could have possibly met Sparrow while he was in wind borne he could show him around glenmore as that's where he will likely be.
